After her education in the design field in London, and a working experience between Padova and the Brenta Riviera, an area rich in high fashion accessories laboratories and factories, Giovanna Dell'onte started her path in 2004 with an idea, which immediately turned into a mini cult project: the open cube, a bag entirely made of neoprene and metal chains. It quickly became a must-have and was featured in the top Italian fashion magazines such as Marie Claire, Elle, Vogue and Glamour. In 2009 the cube design grew into a proper collection: Leghilà Washable Collection (machine washable up to 30° degrees).
Presented for the first time at White Fashion Show in 2010, The Washable Collection immediately gained an enormous success with over 150 stores in Italy and all over the world. Leghilà Washable Collection is sold in select multi-brands boutiques and department stores including Emporium – USA, Penelope - Brescia, Whitegallery - Rome, Harvey Nichols - Hong Kong, Fells - Melbourne, and now, - Singapore.
